Your life can
change in an instant
There's a word that comes up often when I'm asked to introduce myself: singular. I think it's because I sit at the crossroads of two worlds that are usually presented as opposites.
On one side, there's my academic path: two master's degrees, one from the Grande École Program at Toulouse Business School, and a Master's in Private Law earned with honors, a résumé that checks every box of classic success. On the other, there's my lived experience: a time in my life when I lost myself, abandoned by a profound loss of meaning. I had to admit that placing professional success at the summit of our lives no longer made any sense, at the very moment my romantic life was falling apart. As if life itself were forcing me to step back from this injunction to put professional success first, from this elitism devoid of awareness of what truly fulfills us. For some, it will indeed be the professional side. That isn't the case for everyone, and clearly, it wasn't the case for me.
Yet even with this résumé and these degrees, certain turning points remained impossible to navigate. Automatic patterns, rooted in me through internal and family dynamics, capped what I allowed myself to do and to be, and sabotaged my expansion without my being fully aware of it. What I lacked wasn't competence: it was leadership over myself, and awareness of what was really going on.
Studies, as precious as they are, soon seemed to me necessary but not sufficient, as if the real key lay elsewhere. I understood that the point wasn't so much finding how to generate money, but living a life with deep meaning, a story that nourishes us and contributes to the world. In that kind of life, money becomes an amplifier: both the result of the value we create, and a resource we must allow ourselves to receive, not after finding meaning, but at the same time as we build that meaning, day after day. Believing there's a time for each thing is depriving yourself of the space to live it all at once. It's that simultaneity that I call our vibration. So I sought to understand what was really at play behind beautiful successes in order to extract the essential, and my own story as a woman showed me the other side of the picture, until the day I chose to bring awareness to it. I had to find, on my own, how to generate money and value without burning out, without sacrificing who I was to achieve what was expected of me.
It's that experience that has shaped the way I support people today. I work with conscious manifestation, Human Design, reconnecting with yourself, because I believe the most lasting transformation always starts from within. But I will never tell you that rules don't exist, or that you can free yourself from them without paying the price. I have too much respect for the system we operate in, with its real framework of law, taxation and entrepreneurship in France, to sell you a freedom that would put you in danger.
I gave this brand, Craquez le Code, a name that is now registered with the INPI (the French trademark office). I have also devoted two books to it, MERCI and CRAQUEZ LE CODE, published by Edilivre, as well as a documentary, Craquez le Code: les secrets de la réussite.
My job is to hold both ends at once: helping you align deeply with who you are and what you truly want to manifest, while keeping your feet firmly grounded in the concrete. Conscious and caring, yes. Naive, never.
